Yacan Wang is a Professor in the Department of Economics at Beijing Jiaotong University. He has held various academic positions, including Visiting Scholar at the University of Tennessee and Tilburg University, and Visiting Professor at Curtin University. Professor Wang has led and contributed to numerous research projects, including studies on urban intelligent traffic management, congestion mitigation, and comprehensive transportation development. He has received multiple awards, including the First Prize in the Challenge Cup Capital University Competition and the Comprehensive Award for Teaching and Scientific Research. His work has been published in prestigious journals and presented at international conferences. In addition to academic research, he has contributed to consulting projects on logistics industry investment and urban transportation strategies. His expertise in policy development and behavioral modeling supports advancements in sustainable transportation and supply chain management.
